I thought it was around 1000 mph. But also how fast does the galaxy travel. Oh man. How fast does the universe travel!?!?!? Does anyone have any links to this kind of information? I get NASA news and and some other stuff.

If we were standing on the equator on March 21st at 12:00 midnight, which way would we have to point in order to be pointing in our direction of motion through the Milky Way?

What direction would we point to be pointing in the direction the Milky Way (and consequently, our direction of motion) is moving through the Universe?

I was just wondering how many more "educationally challenged" people out there are going to keep asking about the moon landings. Any half-wit with even a smattering of physics knowledge knows that they HAD to have been on the moon. Every argument I've heard that it was all faked is so full of holes and lacking even a basic knowledge of physics. I wish these people would turn off the video games and TV and CRACK A FRIGGIN' BOOK once in a while. Jeez!

Phobos is a moon of Mars
Phoebe is a moon of Saturn

Here are some images of them.

I could get better pictures of them if that would be usefull.
Or, Could anyone recommend a better place to ask this question?
