Because I know some bullets can penetrate over 3 feet of wood, but less than a foot of dirt? Why is this so if the dirt is a bunch of loose particles, whereas the wood is a single material? thanks!

If you remember me again, I have another question about genetics.
I think that a cross of the two homozygous long-whiskered seals's offspring will have no short-whiskers (which is 0%) because in a punnet square it would look like this:

W W
W WW WW

W WW WW

Then I think the cross between the two heterzygous seals punnet square would look like this. I dont know what the percentge is.
Please correct me if ANYTHING is wrong.

W w
W WW Ww
w Ww ww

This is the question.
Let's say that in seals, the gene for the length of the whiskers has two alleles. The dominant allele (W) codes for long whiskers & the recessive allele (w) codes for short whiskers. What percentage of offspring would be expected to have short whiskers from the cross of two long-whiskered seals, one that is homozygous dominant and one that is heterozygous? Explain your answer and use a punnett square.
