Technically, none of the answers is correct.

That is because the questions states which of the following are NOT actual types of fossils. All of the answers are correct (even E), so there is no answer that is NOT an actual type of fossil.

PS. This has nothing to do with evolution, because even creationists acknowledge the existence of fossils.

This isn't necessarily a question about evolution (per se)...It's a question about fossils (evidence of past life).

This is a poorly worded questions. ALL of these are types of fossils, so it would appear that E is the correct answer. BUT the question is asking one to select the item that is NOT a type of fossil.

So...if I select E, I'm actually saying that none of examples A -D are actual types of fossils...but clearly they are.

It's a bit of a jumble, I'm afraid.

This really has nothing to do with evolution. It has to do with fossils. You can talk about fossils without talking about evolution and vice versa.

All of these are considered fossils. Some are called trace fossils, like tracks. Some of them are just evidence of the organism instead of the organism itself like casts and molds. But they are all considered fossils.

Poorly worded however.............In principle "E"......is the correct answer since E. is not a fossil...but rather a statement.
