A professional golfer teed off at the 13th hole of the U.S. Open. It took 0.0020 seconds for the head of her club to travel the last 10 centimeters (cm)before the club hit the ball. The velocity of the club can be calculated with the following formula, where V is the velocity in kilometers per hour (km/h), d is the distance the club travels in centimeters (cm), and t is the time in seconds (s):

V = d/t x 36/1000

What is the velocity in km/h of her club during this swing?

it says factor.

-2(m+3)-(m-2)
do you distribute? is 2 positive???
is it times -1 (m-2) or + -m-2

5m^3-20m^2+25m
(GCF is 5m right?, then how do you factor the trinomial?)

(x+4)^2 - x^2
(after distribute, does the x^2 cancel out?)

I had cbc done these were the results: WBC 11.5 normal 5-11.
neutrophils were alittle high, absolute neutrophils were alittle high.lymphocytes were low at 10 normal (20-40) but the absolute lymphocyte count was normal. what would cause a high neutrophil, low lymphocyte count. and why is the lymp% low, while the actual absolute lymp count is normal. i was not feeling good that day which would probably explain the high count but not the low count, is this anythin to be concerned about? thankyou for taking the time to answer and mery christmas!!!

A 70.0-kg astronaut pushes to the left on a spacecraft with a force F in "gravity-free" space. The spacecraft has a total mass of 1.0  104 kg. During the push, the astronaut accelerates to the right with an acceleration of 0.36 m/s2

Which one of the following statements concerning this situation is true?
A) The spacecraft does not move, but the astronaut moves to the right with a constant speed.
B) The astronaut stops moving after he stops pushing on the spacecraft.
C) The force exerted on the astronaut is larger than the force exerted on the spacecraft.
D) The force exerted on the spacecraft is larger than the force exerted on the astronaut.
E) The velocity of the astronaut increases while he is pushing on the spacecraft.

A 0.23 kg puck is initially stationary on an ice surface with negligible friction. At time t = 0, a horizontal force begins to move the puck. The force is given by = (14.9 - 2.79t2) , with in newtons and t in seconds, and it acts until its magnitude is zero. (a) What is the magnitude of the impulse on the puck from the force between t = 0.534 s and t = 1.76 s? (b) What is the change in momentum of the puck between t = 0 and the instant at which F = 0?

I was walking to the place where the bus picks me up in the morning for school and it was dark because it was like 7am. Then the sky randomly turned blue. It was really bright for about a second, then it went back to being dark. There was a meteor shower prediction... But wouldn't meteors look like stars or something?

It was the whole sky too. Not just a little peice of it. I don't think I imagined it.. But it seems so unbelievable I almost think I did imagine it... Could someone shed some light on how this might have happened?
