so I'm looking for some case study info on how sulforaphane fights helicobacter pylori.

some claim it stops it from reproducing, others claim it kills the bacteria completely.

so I've been looking for case studies including some stats about the success rate.

I'm always in pain and would like some help please.

please don't tell me I need to go to the doctor.

I've already been to the doc, spent about 600$ and all they give me is nexium, its like they don't want to cure me, but just want me as a return patient.

You should be sure to avoid foods that promote inflamation of the GI track, like coffee. The essential oils in coffee give it its flavor but also are highly inflamatory.

Caffeine, in and of itself, promotes acid secretion by the stomach.

You might try the less expensive acid reducers like Pepcid or Zantac (available OTC in generic form). The most important time to take these drugs is just before going to bed, as the stomach churns out alot of acid while you are sleeping.

Also, most people's stomachs empty on the right side, so sleeping on the right side keeps acid from spilling back up the esophagus (if thats a problem).

Asprin, and other NSAIDS like Ibuprofen promote ulcers.

See the Merck Manual, it is also available as a home edition:

If you'd like to fully heal yourself...you can try this out at no extra cost;

Problem: Peptic ulcer
Probable Cause: Fear. A belief that you are not good enough. Anxious to please.
New Thought Pattern: I love and approve of myself. I am at peace with myself. I am wonderful.

Affirmations can be performed throughout the day to really clear unwanted thoughts and strengthen the new programming.
