Is there any formula in the world that related amplitude and frequency? Google and everything just completely failed me.

"Theoretically, if the amplitude of a mass-and-spring system is increased by a factor of 3, then the frequency will increase by a factor of:" Yet I have no idea how to figure it out.

QUESTION: What is the average speed, in km / hr for a car that travels 22 km in 15 minutes.

Ok, this is pretty simple I think... I just converted 15 minutes to .25 hour and did 22 km / .25 hour and got 88 km / hr

I need help with my study on waves.

Can somebody give me some examples of energy transfers by waves and their sources? Preferably like 5 or so because I am kind of a slow student and the more I can try to understand the better.

I have a biology test on Friday, and I need to finish my review, but I don't understand most of it! If anyone could, could someone answer at least one of these questions:
What are two jobs of water's hydrogen ions?
How is oxygen involved in light reactions?
What are excited electrons passed down?
What type of transport is used to pump Hydrogen ions?
How does the hydrogen pump get energy?
Where does the energy come from to make ATP in the light reactions?
What happens when light strikes photosystem I?
What are the products of the dark reactions?
Where do the products of the Calvin cycle go?

It would be REALLY helpful if someone could answer some, one, or maybe all. Thanks!
