QUESTION: What is the average speed, in km / hr for a car that travels 22 km in 15 minutes.

Ok, this is pretty simple I think... I just converted 15 minutes to .25 hour and did 22 km / .25 hour and got 88 km / hr

Is this done correctly? x____x

Yes it is done correctly. You could also, put the problem as

(22/15)x(60/1) which gives you 88km/hr
