I have a biology test on Friday, and I need to finish my review, but I don't understand most of it! If anyone could, could someone answer at least one of these questions:
What are two jobs of water's hydrogen ions?
How is oxygen involved in light reactions?
What are excited electrons passed down?
What type of transport is used to pump Hydrogen ions?
How does the hydrogen pump get energy?
Where does the energy come from to make ATP in the light reactions?
What happens when light strikes photosystem I?
What are the products of the dark reactions?
Where do the products of the Calvin cycle go?

It would be REALLY helpful if someone could answer some, one, or maybe all. Thanks!

What are two jobs of water's hydrogen ions? The hydrogen ions rush out through an enzyme that makes ATP for energy for the Calvin cycle. The hydrogen ions also supply the hydrogen for making C6H12O6, glucose.

How is oxygen involved in light reactions? Oxygen is given off when the water molecules are broken. It's a waste product that isn't needed, so it diffuses out. The hydrogen ions are kept, and the electrons are given to chlorophyll.

What are excited electrons passed down? The electron transport chain. From photosystem II they go to photosystem I. From photosystem I they go to join NADP+ or to get pumped back into the thylakoid space to rush out again and make more ATP.

What type of transport is used to pump Hydrogen ions? It's active transport because it takes energy.

How does the hydrogen pump get energy? From the electrons being passed down the electron transport chain.

Where does the energy come from to make ATP in the light reactions? From hydrogen ions rushing out through the enzyme. The enzyme twirls around and makes the ATP.

What happens when light strikes photosystem I? The chlorophyll speeds up an electron until the electron zings out of orbit and is passed down the electron transport chain to NADPH+ or to be pumped back into the thylakoid space.

What are the products of the dark reactions? glucose

Where do the products of the Calvin cycle go? Glucose goes out into the cell to be used or diffuses out of the cell into the phloem to be transported through the plant.
