is this right?

2x-y=3
-2x -2x
-y= -2x+3
-1(-y=-2y+3)
y= 2x - 3

the perpendicular line that would interesect that line at that point would be:
y = -1/2x +6

intersection (4.25, 5.5)
distance = √ 5.3125

is this right?

this problem says that i have a concentration of 9.00x10^18 molecules/cm^3 of NO. this isn't the correct unit for molarity right? how do i convert it to the correct moles/liters unit?

for the top, do i use avogadro's number? and for the bottom, convert to m^3? but i don't see how i can do that with the number.

thanks for your help!

We live on a small island in the Bahamas so obviously we've been following the storm closely and I am puzzled why after such a long time of the storm moving toward Cuba in a WNW direction that the anticipated path still shows the path as NNE? Are there some forces at work here that would push this in that direction at this point? I guess I'm saying how do they know where it is going?
