I'm doing a report about WHY intelligent design should be TAUGHT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

I personally think that it should be taught because Science is there to DISPROVE theories.
Studying ID would disprove "Evolution".

However, I could care less if you believe in it or not as I am not here to argue whether or not it is true. I'm asking why it should be taught in public schools.

So far I have:
1. Natural Selection vs. Evolution
2. The Time that it took God to create the world
-In the Bible it states that 1 day meant 1,000 years and 1 second of God took x amount of years.

Please help!

Thanks!

Mine has, as well as the DVD player turning on by itself
a couple of times while doing the dishes, I'd think to myself, "okay well, it's time to play a movie"
about 5 feet away from the entertainment center one or the other has turned on by itself.
it happened 3-4 times in less than a yr.
how can this be explained exactly?
[I didn't TOUCH IT!!]

If Natural Selection is true, then does that mean that obese people will eventually start to die?

I know this question seems a bit narrow-minded, but if you saw an obese rat, you wouldn't think that it could even last a few weeks out in the wilderness.

If you take away all the factors such as surgery, mobility, etc., will the world be rid of obesity once and for all?

Can someone please tell me what kind of spider this is? i found it alive on my living room floor, close to where my son was playing. It is black with (i think ) 8 legs..it is very fat, like the size of a thumb..the legs were very thick as well. It was not shiny at all-almost like a fur look...THIS IS NOT A BLACK WIDOW!!!! I tried to find this online but had no luck. I need to know how to get rid of them and are they poison. I did not see any bite marks on my son, but what signs should I look for? How can I tell if there is just one or a nest?

if all energy never dies but transforms and ghost are energy, or risdual energy , time waves whatever you want to call them

why is it we never hear or see ghost from more that 2-3 hundred years ago

certainly people had ghost sightings in acient times why don't we see or hear or ancient haunting....

IE
human in year 1700 dies , human becomes ghost or whatever due to never ending energy, time warp..actual haunting
now
ancient Roman dies , but no modern day ghost sighting

does energy of this sort continue to transfrom, and if so does it mean in a few hundred years ghost sighting that seem to be from victorian times will be gone.

Each x stands for a digit (not necessarily unique). The dots are only to make the digits line up.

The Peltier effect is the reverse of the Seebeck effect; a creation of a heat difference (between two joint) from an electric voltage.

This temperature difference gives rise to a seebeck voltage which is opposite the voltage of the battery. So we can resonably conclude that it can contribute to the loss of voltage of the battery, can't we?
