3 apples = 6 oranges
1 apple = 2 oranges

6 apples = 2 bananas
1 apple = 1/3 banana

2 oranges = 1/3 banana
1 orange = 1/6 banana

How many bananas are there in an orange, an apple and a banana?
= 1/3 + 1/6 + 1
= 2/6 + 1/6 + 6/6
= 9/6 or 3/2 or 1 1/2

Answer: there are 1 1/2 bananas in an orange, an apple and a banana itself.

eq1) 6 oranges = 3 apples
eq2) 6 apples = 2 bananas

find 1 orange + 1 apple + 1 banana, in bananas

from eq2) 1 apple = 1/3 bananas
susbt into eq1)

6 oranges = 3 x 1/3 bananas
1 orange = 1/6 bananas

therefore
1 orange + 1 apple + 1 banana
= (1/6 + 1/3 + 1) banana
= 1.5 banana
