How would I simplify...

y > 4/3x^2 - 12x + 29

to vertex form?

the arms are up
V(r,k)

r=-(-12)/(2*4/3)
r=12*3/8
r=9/2
k=4/3*81/4-12*9/2+29

k=2

Vertex(9/2,2)

Shade upper side of vertex But don't include parabola line.
