I instinctively always wanted to climb everything starting from the day i was born. By the time i was 2 i was climbing trees as well as most 10 year olds. I was able to climb up a rope over 20 ft high when i was in kindergarten the 2nd one in the history of the school to do it for my age group and its an old school. My arm span is 2 inches above my hieght compared to the average person's who's arm span is typically below their height. I continued to get better at climbing and getting stronger. I could climb up the rope using only my arms easly when i turned 12. Im now 14 and im incredible at climbing. Im the strongest kid in the grade (and not the biggest). I still desire to climb everything. I know im human but is it possible some genes from thousands of years ago that are dormant in most people got released in me?

My answer: probably things we cannot even conceive of right now. Who knows what leaps we might make? And from there we will see advancements beyond our present imagination.

I would guess that in the future humans will live much, much longer.

And another possibility is the concept of the "technological singularity". If you havn't checked this out just google it and read an article about it. It will blow your mind!

What do you think we will see in the future?

Is this true? If so, why?

Moms doctor also said not to take it but to instead take multi vitamin, but that only has 16% calcuim compared to Calcium Citrate.

What's good to take for Diverticulosis, Physillium (doc said it's weaker) or Metamucil? Mom doubts the doctor since she thinks she said Metamucil since it's a drug not a herb.

This one doctor said to take Acipex at night and the new doc for my mom said to take it with an empty stomach, which one should my mom take?

This new doctor is just confusing.

Given the function f(x) = 3x^3-10x^2+7x+10
Write f(x) as a product of linear factors.
Ok so this is what I have done so far:
P: +-1, +-2, +-5,+-10
Q: +-1, +-3
P/Q = +-1,+-2,+-5,+-10, +-1/3, +- 2/3, +-5/3, +-10/3

On the calculator I pressed 2nd trace and value and found that when x= -2/3, y=0. So that has to be one zero for sure. Just to make sure it was, I used synthetic division and the remainder was zero.
-2/3 / 3 -10 7 10
___-2_ 8_-10____
3 -12 15 -10
so I brought the equation down
3x^2-12x-15
factored: 3(x-5)(x+1)
x= 5, x = -1
Now this is where I am stuck..when I graphed the first equation..it only had one zero....which was -2/3
Now how do I write f(x) as a product of linear factors
So basically writing the same equation as given in a different form with all zeros.
Can someone help me please?
Thanks.

The plane's altitude is 6 miles. Suppose that when the distance between the plane and the radar station is 10 miles, this distance is increasing at a rate of 500 miles per hour. Find the speed of the plane.

^this is all that is given and the following is my own attempt.
I'm in calculus and it's dealing with relative rate.

also ive gotten this so far but cant seem to get the right answer, although i dont know what it is. i am using an online homework machine so it tells me when its right or wrong.

given: when g=10miles dg/dt=500 mi/h
goal: find d(angle)/dt
Equation: Tan(angle) = 1/6 * g
soln: sec^2(angle) * d(angle)/dt = d/dt(1/6*g)
136/36 *d(angle)/dt = 1/6 * dg/dt
136/36 * d(angle)/dt = 500/6
d(angle)/dt = 500/6 * 36/136
d(angle)/dt = 3000/136

and that is not hte answer and i'm not understanding what i am doing wrong.

please help!!!

An iceboat is at rest on a frictionless frozen lake when a sudden wind exerts a constant force of 212 N, toward east, on the boat. Due to the angle of the sail, the wind causes the boat to slide in a straight line for a distance of 7.0 m in a direction 20° north of east.
(a) What is the kinetic energy of the iceboat at the end of that 7.0 m?
kJ
(b) The boat has a mass of 300 kg. What is the speed of the boat?
m/s
