Yes, I'd like some real science geeks to help me with this.
Factors:
1) The subject starts from a stand-still (relative to Earth).
2) We assume that even though the subject is gaining in mass as he approaches light-speed that the acceleration doesn’t slow.
3) We assume that the subject could be awake and be able to function reasonably that this g-force (i.e. eat, drink, play video games, change his clothes…)
4) Enlighten me as to what other physical problems might be encountered that I don’t know about.

Thanks!

first off, is finding the one to one the same as finding the inverse, and if so, how do I find if this is a one to one.

f(x)=(sqrt x-2)/(x-3)

some detail explanation would be great, because I am a little lost.

A 6-kg bucket of water is being pulled straight up by a string. The upward acceleration of the bucket is constant, with magnitude of 3 m/s^2.

The tension in the rope is then?

Now assume the bucket is accelerating downward, with magnitude 3 m/s^2.

The tension in the rope is then?

I need some help with this problem. Newton's Laws have really confused me. Any help would be great. Thanks!

In our study, we are measuring the effect of exercise on muscle fibre size and neural control. The STUDY group (sample size 20) will have certain parameters measured before the exercise and then, the same parameters will be measured after the exercise. Thus the data will consist of pre-exercise values and post exercise values. If the participants are within the normal distribution curve of the population (healthy, adults), is it required to have a CONTROL group?
