"God causes all things to grow
Through every season we know.
He will guard the life,
That He's planted in our souls;
And when we feel the cold winds blow,
We'll hold to what we know.
God causes all things to grow.

It looks like a mantis or stick insect. It is very small, about a half-inch long. Mostly green with red markings along its back. It has long legs, long antennae, no distinct head, and no wings. Very slender. It has a long white stripe down its back and holds its legs up like a mantis would when scared. Thanks.

Yeah I should know this ... anyway, it's in scientific notation.

1. (3.65 x 10^5 g.)(3.4 x 10^-3 g.) = ? (Don't forget significant figures ... yeah ... )

2. (4.9 x 10^3 g.)(1/3.5 x 10^-3 mL./g.) = ? (Remember it's grams times milliliters/grams.)

Number two, the second parantheses is one over three point five times ten to the negative three, if that makes sense. Thanks! :D

A company's revenue from car sales, C (in thousands of dollars), is a function of advetising expenditure, a, in thousands of dollars, so C=ƒ(a).

(a) What does the statement ƒ'(100)=2 mean in practical terms? How about ƒ'(100)=0.5?

(b) Suppose the company plans to spend about $100,000 on advertising. If ƒ'(100)=2, should the company spend more or less than $100,000 on advertising? What if ƒ'(100)=0.5?

Help, especially with (b)! Thank you!
