The Stonyfield Smoothies have 150 mg of Sodium. When I tried one yesterday it kindda tasted salty and I was wondering is that a lot for this type of drink? By the way, it was Blueberry flavor, if that makes a difference.

Interestingly enough soda has like 30-50 mg of sodium.

QUESTION: Is 150 mg of sodium a lot for a smoothie?
