As in does it face any problem getting water for its people?

There are areas in almost all countries that face water shortage. India has many such arid zones and people need to trek miles to get drinking water or need to make do with substandard quality of water. Africa also has such arid zones.

Really, california has water shortages, it's barely rained all year. We have enough water because the state has enough money to buy it from other states.
