Often, when I'm in a dark room, I feel like there's a presence there. I don't think it's a psychological response - it's not like I'm "waiting" for someting to happen or even thinking about it when it does - and I'm wondering what the deal is. Have any of you felt something like this before, or know of a website that tries to explain this kind of thing (rather it's scientific or not)?

I have an appointment at a foot and ankle clinic tomorow. They sent me some forms to fill out. One of the abreviations is after the name of the person I am seeing. The other is after another name.

Are there any websites that will give me information about the clinic?

I am just curious. Are they medical doctors or what are they.

Viscoelastic materials such as polymers typically exist in two distinct states. The glass transition temperature (Tg) is often measured by DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), but the DMA technique is more sensitive and yields more easily interperted data. But my polymer shows inexistence of Tg(from both DSC and DMA data), what does it imply?

What is your solution to earth's three-dimensional laws, seemingly bound only to matter with gravity (planets), and yet occupying within a dimension that seems to be NOT limited by those laws? Is gravity a form of dimensional suppressor, limiting matter to only height, width, and depth? if not, could the attributes of the non limited dimension, which we reside in, be measured here on Earth?

I froze a bottle of water almost all the way. When I open the bottle the water comes out and makes a mess? I ask is it because the solid piece of ice in the bottle, is blocking the way of the water to go down to the bottom? It seems like it should still be the same amount of water frozen or not? The solid form takes up more space?
