What is the R variable in the molecular formula of the Penicillin nucleus...R-C9 H11 N2 O4 S ?

Example of its variable would be the substituents (R) on the aromatic rings of oxacillin, cloxacillin, and
flucloxacillin which do not participate significantly in the electron withdrawing properties of the heterocycle but rather influence drug absorption and plasma protein binding.
That would make:

Oxacillin: R = R' =H
Cloxacillin: R= Cl,R' = H
Flucloxacillin: R = Cl,R' = F
