I have an appointment at a foot and ankle clinic tomorow. They sent me some forms to fill out. One of the abreviations is after the name of the person I am seeing. The other is after another name.
Are there any websites that will give me information about the clinic?
I am just curious. Are they medical doctors or what are they.

DPM=Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
FACFAS=Fellowship of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
AACFAS=Associate American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery

AACFAS - Associate American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery
As for your specific clinic, you will need to try Googling the name of the clinic itself to see if they have a website.
