Could you please recommend any good universities which can offer a degree on this subject. I have a computer engineering degree but over the years, my interest for steam engines has changed to a passion and now, an obsession. I want to learn about designing small steam turbines, its fabrication, material selection, machining methods etc. Can I learn all of this under one degree? Where? Thanks !!
( I think it is not possible to learn these stuff online, am I right?)

We went to an Ob/Gyn who did an annual exam and now the insurance company won't pay for the visit and says the doctor billed everything wrong. The doctor says take it up with the insurance company. The insurance company says take it up with the doctors office. And we just keep getting bills for $2000 for an annual exam! What do we do? We can't afford that at all. We are just students. Is there someone out there that can help fix this? Is there a service like the Better Business Bureau for medical practices?

Why are you suppose to seal sowed Venus Flytrap seeds in a ziplock bag? I put my sowed Venus Flytrap seeds in a ziplock bag and sealed it because thats what the instructions said that came with the seeds, theres a lot of condensation occuring in the bag and its creating a lot of water, is this good for the seeds to help them germinate? is that the reason for sealing them in the ziplock bag? Although all opinions are accepted, I need answers from experienced/proffesional people please.

You find 38 coins consisting only of nickels, dimes and quaters, with a face value of $4.75. However, the coins all date from 1926, and are worth considerably more than their face value. A coin dealer offers you $8 for each nickel, $6 for each dime, and $22 for each quater, for a total of $410. How many dimes did you find?
