A machine that creates more energy than it uses is called a "free energy device". A machine that manages to create exactly as much energy as it uses qualifies as a "perpetual motion machine".

However, such devices are physical impossibilities. The laws of physics simply don't allow either case to occur.

I will add to the previous answer that the CURRENT laws of physics, as we presently understand them, do not allow us to create machines with zero energy loss.
