Try this: (1.217X 10^-4 kg/L)(1000g/kg)(1 L/1000 mL).

I think you will be a bit surprised by the answer.

Just multiply by the conversion factors:

0.0001217 Kg/L * 1000g/Kg * 1 L/1000ML = 0.0001217 g/ML

Here's the thinking:
To change kilograms to grams, multiply by 1000.
To change liters to milliliters, multiply by 1000.

That means you are multiplying by 1000/1000 which is multiplying by 1. Gives you the same number you started with.
