This is a theory I created from a dream I had.
Say we build a factory. It only function would be to build an Identical factory 1/2 its original size and turn it on. That factory would then build another one etc. Included in the function of the factory would be to find materials around it to build the second factory. The necessary materials would be placed in the area of the first few factories.

Find the Fourier Series of the following:

f(t) = t^2, 0 <= t < 2 pi

I got:

a0 = 8*pi^2 / 3

an = 4 / n^2

bn = -4*pi / n

This is the same as the book, except they have: an = -4 / n

Is the book incorrect or am I?

thanx.

Lets say you put some matter in an ideal contraption of some sort.
This contraption can hold it regardless what the matter does, expansion etc.
and you start inducing energy to it, making it heat up.
and do that nearly endlessly.
what would happen ?
is there any upper limit given till you cannot heat it up anymore ?

of course this is fictional cause at some point you may loose your contraption or you run out of energy, but assume its an ideal place ... what will happen ?

What are those bugs that flutter around the walls and corners in the house after you leave the window o pen at night.. I always called them "mosquito eaters" because they are not supposed to be mosquitos.. but what do they do? what are they called?
also.. when i wake up with a mosquito bite it isn't from those things, right? because I'd think i'd notice them biting me. (i've argued with a friend who was convinced they were mosquitos)

Just curious because I've never seen a meteor shower before. I live near NYC. There's too much light to see many stars usually at night so I'd like suggestions for places to view nearby. How far do I need to get away from the city?
