Weird question, but if you REALLY want to know, you'll need.

1.) A car
2.) $100.00
3.) Local office supply store
4.) 99 x standard 12in. rulers
5.) Bunch of free time and space to lay the rulers down

Ok, first, get in your car, and drive to Office Max. Get a cart, and walk to the ruler section and get 99 12in. rulers. Walk to the cashier and buy 'em all. Hand him/her the $100.00.
Now go to your car, stash the rulers in there somewhere, and drive to an airport strip. Get out and lay the rulers down in a single file line. End by end. That should answer your question.
