The other side is sqrt(20^2-4^2-6^2)=sqrt(348)
Vol=4 x 6 x sqrt(348)=447.7

if you are looking at the front of the box and width is 4 height is 6 and a diagonal from the a top corner to an opposite bottom corner is 20 then the depth is x and to solve for x we:

the front diagonal is squre root of 6^2+4^2=SQRT(52)
and 20^2= 52+x^2
400-52=x^2 x=sqrt 448= 21.166
The answer may change if the dimensions you gave are in another order ie depth=6 height=4 and length is x so please clarify for a better answer.

H = sqrt(14+36)
H = sqrt(50)
