Iron has a property such that a 1.00 {\rm m}^{3} volume has a mass of 7.86 \times 10^{3} {\rm kg} (density equals 7.86 \times 10^{3} {\rm kg/m^3} ). You want to manufacture iron into cubes and spheres.

I have a box full of water. I need to put a shaft/axle with one end in the box and the other sticking outside of it. Each end has a gear attached. I need to spin the gears using the axle and make the whole box waterproof so nothing will spill out.

The connection would be similar to the way a ship has the engine on the inside and the propeller on the outside attached by a turning shaft.

What is the name or method of that seal?

A rocket rises vertically, from rest, with an acceleration of 2.4 m/s2 until it runs out of fuel at an altitude of 1400 m. After this point, its acceleration is that of gravity, downward.

(a) What is the velocity of the rocket when it runs out of fuel?
I calculated this to be 81.9 m/s
(b) How long does it take to reach this point?
I calculated this to be 34.1 s
(c) What maximum altitude does the rocket reach?
I need help with this one.....answer should be in meters.
(d) How much time (total) does it take to reach maximum altitude?
Need help here too. Answer should be in seconds.
(e) With what velocity does the rocket strike the Earth? (Assume up is positive.)
________________m/s
(f) How long (total) is it in the air?

I asked this questions before, in a bit of a different way. the most objection was the electrons dont orbit around the nucleus like planets around the sun, there in a kind of cloud. but there are actully spining things in atoms Iv been lead to belive. So could this be happening. bcos of the size difference it would be spining so fast in our view that it would look like a cloud to us.

My understanding is that one theory is that they lead to another dimension. If so, what is this dimenion? Is it time, as we know it, or is it something else?

Sorry for the basic way in which this question is worded, I don't have a very good grasp on this sort of thing, but i want to.
