A bit difficult to understand what is 16.8 degrees above the forward direction?
I’ll assume that the angle between the forces is 16.8 degrees.

We have
F(forward)= F1(forward) + F2(forward) =760+472cos(16.8)
F(forward)= 1212 N
F(sideways)= F2(sideways)= 472sin(16.8)=
F(sideways)=136 N

F=sqrt(1212 ^2 + 136 ^2)= 1220N
