n + q = 70
.05n + .25q = 4.50

n + q = 70
5n + 25q = 450

n + q = 70
n + 5q = 90

Multiply top by -1

-n - q = -70
n + 5q = 90

4q = 20
q = 5

n + 5 = 70
n = 65

ANS :
65 nickles
5 quarters
