So I'm doing a project on food poisoning, and my science teacher wants us to give a description on food poisoning. Well, I looked it up and it only shows diseases that are cause by food poisoning. I couldn't find anything with descriptions that went with food poison. How should I write up the descriptions for it? Should I just describe how the diseases look like or what?

I am not good at science so I need some help! I had my elementary students list examples of physical changes. Their book listed water changing to ice or steam as one, or cutting or shaving wood. I read somewhere that physical changes can be reversed... but if I cut up a piece of paper, I can't reverse it without using tape or something. So what am I missing here? And as far as the responses I got, there were some clever/slightly deranged kids. One said animals, when they die. They're still animals. Or if you cut up a dog, it's still a dog. Or if you add salt to water, the salt is still there. Which confuses me- if you add kool aid mix to water, you dont have water anymore, you have kool aid. Can it be reversed? And lastly, someone said growing, like a baby growing to be an adult. Does that make sense? But the change from a seed to a flower would be chemical change, yes? Thanks for your help science people.

NOT counting the obvious liver and other problems associated with the acetaminophen, as that is another issue all together. i know it is usualy perscribed in 5, 10 and 15 mg tablets. so i guess this is more of a hydrocodone question.

im not trying this or some kind of junkie, just have a hobby of drugs and how they interact with the body. :)

The rate constant for the reaction is 2.0 x 10-12 cm3/molecule · s at room temperature. If the initial OH concentration is 1.0 x 1013 molecules/cm3, what is the first half-life for the reaction?

I know this exhibits x-axis, and y-axis symmetry. however, I believe it is not because I have obtained an equivent equation by replacing a postive value with a negative. I believe it is because of obtaining the irrational solution. Is this correct to think along these lines? Am I choosing incorrect values maybe, to test for symmetry?
Thank you kindly " once again."

Refer to the gas-phase decomposition of ethylene chloride:

C2H5Cl products

Experiment shows that the decomposition is first order.

The following data show kinetics information for this reaction:

Time (s) ln[C2H5Cl] (M)
1.0-1.625
2.0-1.735
What is the rate constant for this decomposition?

A car accelerates uniformly and reaches a speed V of 3.40 m/s in 8.00 seconds. Calculate the distance traveled by the car from a time of 0.30 to 7.00 seconds.

Ok, so I calculated the acceleration to be 0.425 m/s^2, but I am not sure which motion equation to use because I keep getting the wrong answer.
