Many years ago, i did an experiment to discover this very fact.
I think i f**ked it up, and besides can't remember now.
I've read that it's approx 4 times faster than in air, is this true?
Well i suppose whilst we're at it, so then has anyone broken the "in water" sound barrier?

If the medical establishment is deserving of the credit it receives as an honorable & authoritative profession, then why does direct-to-consumer advertising have an impact on pharmaceutical sales?

As patients, why are we forced to see doctors and pharmacists at all, if we can merely bark out the name of a medication we've seen on clever TV spots & colorful displays, and usually expect to receive that medication?

If doctors were concerned about the loss of integrity & professional authority they suffer from this advertising, why don't they take action by only prescribing generics and non-consumer-direct marketed alternatives?

I could make this long but im not going to. No religion makes any sense. If there is a god (or gods) he (or them) have obviously forsaken us and doasnt give a damn (but im not gonna get into that) What I wanna get into is iruducably complex molecular machines. Does anyone have any theories of how the bacterial flagelum and all could come to be and work so perfectly without any conscience behind them and theyre origins by means of natural selection? So what I wanna understand is how could they come to be then? Nothing seems to make sense to me theyre very complex wich leads one to believe in god yet the bible the quarn and every book man claims to be gods word EVERY concept humanity has ever held about god doasnt make sense. and seems to totaly contradict itself. So what doas? Im guessing somehow these iruducably complex machines evolve. then how? Can anyone explain? Id appreciate it.

It seems like a colder temperature would slow there growth and if it is too warm, the crystals might melt back to a liquid.

I am growing crystals in a small glass container right now. They are coming along nicely, but I would like them to grow a little faster.

a man who makes his own sugar syrup made me a bottle that he said was made at a hotter temperature and he told me that the crystals would grow faster in it. The crystals in this bottle did grow faster, but the crystals were smaller.

The crystals I like are the big ones that look like diamonds.

I am trying it with a super saturated solution made from adding white refined sugar to boiling water.
