You did not say on line or off line stores. I do not know of any local stores that have good prices on solar products of any kind. About a month ago Sams Wholesale Club in the USA had 15 watt panels but the price is high.

That depends.... what is your application and location/country? You can get a variety of different stuff from eBay. Radio Shack, Northern Tool, and others carry smaller modules for mobile and low-power applications. Some Home Depot stores carry larger modules suitable for residential use as well as local installers in "your area" as well as amazon.com.

Currently (year-end 2006) demand is outpacing supply by a good margin so the prices are high and modules are hard to come by.
