I want to conduct a study to perform an experiment with the less number of test specimens possible using t-student statistics to validate it.

There are ASTM and ACI standards to the tests but they don't consider the case with small sample or a little number of specimens (they said 30 or more).

I hadn't been able to contact or to look into the standard references for more information 'cause all of those websites try to sell information. Where can I investigate more?

i.e. a x (y + z) = a x y + a x z, where a, y and z are vectors? If possible I'd prefer an intuitive argument, such as a geometric representation, but a rigorous proof would also be helpful.

1.When a grain of table salt is placed in a 5mL of 0.1M silver nitrate solution.
2. A 0.5g of table salt in 5mL of water in a test tube.
3 Evaporation of acetone in a watch glass.
4.Combustion of acetone.
5. Strongly heated sugar.
6. Heated few grains of clean sand.
7. Aluminum dissolved in the acid and gave off Hydrogen gas.
8. Ammonium chloride dissolved in water and evaporated to dryness.
