A is the answer.

Urinary excretion is the main source of water excretion.

Sneezing causes less frequently than urine and the amount is even lesser.

The amount of water evaporated from the skin is normally negligible.

During defecation, there should be more solid, if high level of liquid content is in it, you should be worried that there is something wrong with your water absorption.

Evaporation of respiratory surfaces would be your nose and mouth and some of your respiratory organs. The amount of water content is little despite the frequency. They do NOT reach the amount of urine.
