Two runners start in opposite directions at the northernmost point of a circular track 20.0 m in radius. If the speed of each runner is constant and is 5.31 km/h for Runner A and 3.44 km/h for Runner B, where will they meet? Where will they meet the second time? Assume that they go around the track on essentially the same path, with Runner A initially headed west and Runner B initially headed east.

The snake was seen in the woods near Lake Houston in Harris county Texas. This area was formerly river bottom land before the lake was built. It was about two feet long, black and shaped like a mocassin. (body wide in proportion to its head with a body that tapered quickly to its tail) At first I thought it was a cotton mouth water moccasin. It seemed to mimic one, partially coiling and pointing its head upward, mouth agape. It did not have the signature "cotton mouth". When its posturing did not make me leave it began shaking its tail rapidly, mimicking a rattle snake. There were no signs of any rattle. Its underside had a reticulated pattern in yellow.

I had a large tree in the middle of my back yard. I wanted to have it cut down but was afraid it might hit my fence. It was 2pm on a clear sunny day. I need to know how tall the tree was i guess but i cant climb the tree (wheelchair bound). I had only a yard stick, a tape measure, and a pencil and paper. In 5 minutes i knew how tall the tree was. Now, please someone tell me how i did it. It's an east math solution........dang, i hope i didnt leave any info out, this question really helped me to like math and know that you really may use it someday.
