Most of your body's cells have 46 chromosomes. As the people above have said, your gametes (eggs or sperm) have 23. However, eggs only exist in the haploid state for a few moments after fertilization. Prior to then, they are held in the last stages of cell division.

Also, your red blood cells have no DNA at all, and certain cells in your immune system edit out most of their DNA.

Well you cells contain 23 pairs of chromosomes or 46 total.

All cells except gametes or haploid cells which are sperm and egg cells.

the only cells in your body that do not contain 46 chromosomes are sex cells e.g a sperm and an egg.
