Trying to Conceive - October 2006

I have a four year old daughter who wasnt planned and me and my husband are trying to conceive this month is our second month of trying except this month we had sex everyother day during my ovulation wishing for the best

my husband and I are ttc and I took a pregnancy test on monday just to see. I missed my period last month do to stress (as my doctor seems to think) and I wasnt pregnant (blood test was negative) we only started trying as of like 2 days after missing my period. if I had gotten my period I would be due again next week, but I wanted to test just because I missed it last time so I'm not sure if I would be due the same time...anyways...I knows it early, but when I tested I used clear blue which is supposed to form a plus sign if pregnant and just a line if not. the line showed up to mark the not pregnant, but where the line should cross to make the plus sign I got a few dots show up (the lines are made up of little blue dots) I tested again and got a few more dots show up....could it be that I just dont have enough hormone to change it or is it just a fault in the test? I'm going to test again the end of next week, but Im just curious as to what you all think. Thanks!

my husband and i want to get pregnant so bad!! we've tried for a little more than a year and its so frustrating that i can't get pregnant! every month its the same thing i take a pregnancy test and it says negative and i cry!! what makes it worse is all my unmarried friends get pregnant by mistake and are all upset about it but i can't get pregnant and provide a child a wonderful life!! why is this?!?!?!

According to tickers I have done, I am either 20 or 22 DPO. And I should have started on the 14th or the 16th but didnt. Would a HPT work now? Also could I do one now (6 PM) or should I wait till tomorrow morning?

Well I am not sure of the exact term but when a fertilized egg is traveling to where it will start growing, you know the embryo? But I am trying to concieve and I am feeling not necessarily cramps but slightly feels that way, I am not ready to start my monthly, and I am not gassy, so do you think this could be the plantation process?

Hi everyone, I have somewhat of a difficult situation here. I have 2 boys from a previous marriage, and when I got re-married he didn't have any children of his own and always wanted one. Well, he finally convinced me into having one with him, and we had a baby girl (yeah!) lol, who is now 10 mths. Well, he would really like to have a boy of his own now, which would make us with 4 total! Wow, and i thought 3 was hard enough! Well, anyway, I went off the pill in Sept. and we tried 2 weeks later had sex on ovulation and nothing happened! We were both dissapointed, especially since we got the girl so quickly. Now, we're looking at eachohter, after only 1 mth of trying and figuring out who has the fertility problem! It has caused argumetns! Now, honestly, I am happy with what I have, 3 beautiful children, which is challenging as it is, so I can only imagine what adding a fourth would do. However, I feel guilty if I don't give him another child. Should we continue to try?

i had heavy bleeding for 1 week with plenty of blood clots. some large, some small. i had bad menstrual cramps with lowere back pain. once that came to an end nothing really happened. after a few days, i started bleedign again, but really lightly. it was only for a little bit. then it stopped. the next day i went to bed, woke up with alittle bit more. then it stopped. i even had a little bit come out that was more brownish in color, like old blood. ive also had mild stomach ache and mild head ache every so often.
im confused, is it normal to have a little bit of bleeding and symptoms like this after a miscarriage??

Is it possible to get pregnant 1-2 days
after your period? Last weekend my aunt told me the my
skin and complexion was pretty and tuesday one of my
classmates told me that I had a glow to me.

I recently read an article that stated that there is now a link between breastfeeding and conceiving twins. They say that you are more likely to release two eggs during ovulation if you're breastfeeding. Has anyone else heard of this connection?? I have twins that run on my mothers side of the family like crazy, plus I'm still breastfeeding my daughter....therefore I'm curious if now the risks are even higher that I'd end up pregnant with twins.

I have a queston for ya'll. I have been nursing for 8 1/2 months now. Last month I got my period for the first time PP. Now .... it is time again for my period and it isn't here. I have on daughter already. I am TTC again. I've been having pregnancy type symptoms and last night, I kept feeling fluttering feelings in my lower abdomen. Ok can someone help me out i was late for my period remember well im in school now and i am on i just came on. Wellllllllll i am askn a question what in the world? It don't feel like our regular cycle cramps,nausea,etc, it just feel like nothn is there.
