Well I am not sure of the exact term but when a fertilized egg is traveling to where it will start growing, you know the embryo? But I am trying to concieve and I am feeling not necessarily cramps but slightly feels that way, I am not ready to start my monthly, and I am not gassy, so do you think this could be the plantation process?

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

It could be or it could be something else. When women concentrate on TRYING to conceive instead of enjoying the process of actually making the baby, they can sometimes have a fantom pregnancy. You can get morning sickness, cramps, miss your period, etc... and NOT be pregnant. Just relax and enjoy the making. It will happen when you least expect it... (Tried for a year and a half... 7 weeks pregnant... FINALLY!!!)

the cramping could be from implantation. it usually happens about a week before your period is supposed to start. some women also have some light spotting during implantation. good luck!! :)

it could be, but you might also be feeling your ovulation. Occasionally I'll actually feel a "tugging" sensation in that region. It freaked me out and it turned out I could just feel my ovulation. It hurts sometimes like small cramps.
