No, you won't have a baby girl within the next year because Joshua has given you several STD's and your uterus is a cesspool of bacteria. Joshua has had unprotected sex with most of the women you know and even some of the men.

Do I look like a Magic 8 ball? Hopefully, you are out of High school and if you are and you marry Josh don't you think you need sometime to establish your relationship, if he does marry you, and to be a couple. Also, have you thought at all about what it cost to raise a baby? You and Josh, if he asks you, will be better off if you are financially stable before starting a family.
Do you know if Josh even wants children and if so how many?
Lots to think about before jumping in with both feet.
