Trying to Conceive - October 2006

Ok. my 12 year old sister is having sex. I've tried talking to her and to get her to stop. I
ve told her she could get pregnant or catch a STD. She told me she wants to be just like me and the same thing happened to me when I was 12. So what should i do because i don't want her to end up like me i just want her to be her own person and have her own thoughts. I already let her her know that i would be there for her no matter what and that I wouldn't tell our mother and everything she says is confidential but i just had to let someone know about this because i'm stuck. I'm 17 now and I've decided to have sex when I''m married even though I've already lost. What should i do to help her and change her thougts and think about what's she's doing.

ok me and my husband have been trying to have a baby. well i had a period about 3 weeks ago adn it was not normal and now my husband is getting moring and night sickness. my boobs arent sore but my body just dont feel the same. so what do you guysthink/ i took a test and said neg.... and i get hot flashes

My period is usually around 24-29 or so days apart (it can vary from month to month sometimes). My bf has this idea in his head that when I'm ovulating, my vagina feels hotter (as in a raise in temperature... I don't mean this in a perverted sense). I tried researching it online and found nothing. When a woman is ovulating, will her body temperature (day temp, not morning basal) actually rise or is it in his head?

I have had very irregular periods, last month it came on its own, It lasted 7 days, I got put on birth control becuase i have always had irregular period. ( I have PCOS) prior to it coming last month it was over a year since i had one. This month it came right on time 28 days from my last one but only lasted 3 days, light the first and last and heavy the middle day. My husband and i had unprotected sex with in the last month...Is this normal to happen? Should i get a PRegnancy test?

I had a period on Sept 22-24th which was on time but it was lighter than normal..was supposed to ovulate on the 6th...i had sex that day. I have yet to have a period this month. what are the chances i could be pregnant?

Why is it when you are trying to not have a baby, you worry worry worry that missing one darn pill, or over one broken condom that you could concieve, but when you are TTC (trying to concieve) - you use no protection at all and it is really hard to concieve??? How does that make any sense?

I am currently taking Medroxypr Ac for irregular periods. I had surgery in December 05 for Endometriosis and since then I have had 2 periods, one in feb and one in may so my Gynecologist suggested to take Medroxypr Ac for the next three months to try and regulate my periods, My husband and I have been married for about a year and a half and we would like to start a family but we all know that we cant get pregnant without ovulating, so my question is has anyone ever taken this medicine for irregular periods and if so where there periods regular after having taken it. Or is there any other medication someone has taken for the same problem that I could possibly suggest to my Gynecologist about taking??????

My husband and I have tried for 6 months to have a baby. I do not want to do fertility drugs ect. I was just wondering if there was any natural herbs, vitamins, ect that can make a woman more fertile.

For example, I know that different Chinese herbs are used to cure diseases. Are there any to help conceive?

I had sex with my bf September 25, my period came the very next day. However my period only lasted 24 hours! It was different too, very light, like it was never there That's never happened before, my cycles are usually 3-5 days, never 1 day!
Is something wrong with me?

I'm regular cycle,we r trying for a baby...my last Lmp was on 20th sept after some days of my ovalation i felt down from stairs...on 16th oct i got 2 spot of brown blood...i was having pain in my nipples & breast look enlarge...but know i have little bit pain in my nipples but my breast is same ...i'm 2 days late for my periods... i have to take the test but i'm affriad b\c i fell down ...can anyone let me know that if i'm pregnant my baby is save or not???

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about six months now. We are both in our 20s. When he was 13 he had a football accident and lost one of his testicals. The dr. said that he would be able to have kids. He refuses to get a sperm count. I think hes scared to find out hes the reason why we arnt getting pregnant. I just want to know if his sperm count has been cut in half because of this and if anyone knows anything that could raise his sperm count!!! thank you!

I know my cycle verry well and I know my fertile time and when I ovulate. This is my 1st month of trying to concieve and keeping track of my cervics position and vaginal mucus. I ovulated 2 days ago but still have fertile clear stretchy egg-white mucus. I know for a fact that I have already ovulated. How long after ovulation is your mucus still like this? Could it be a sign of fertilization? I know the signs of implantation and its still to early for that.

My husband and I have not had any luck conceiving, and I have been secretly relieved. Now we are at the point of taking fertility treatments and everytime I take the pills I feel sick to my stomach about it. Marriage is supposed to grant the privileges of companionship, a socially-acceptable sexual outlet, and procreation. I don't want to deny my husband children since he is so excited about this, but I really don't want to go through with this, either.
