I am thinking you are probably young, so first I will tell you nothing will change the color of your skin. Second when I was a kid we used to cut our fingers and rub them together and that was supposed to make us blood brothers and/or sisters, I had Friends of many different colors and none of our fingers ever changed even a little bit, you might notice that all blood is red. now days if you try that you may get a very bad sickness but your skin will stay the same. Honey be proud of your skin color it is part of what makes you special.
want to know a secret? A lot of white people really want darker color skin because it is more beautiful, that is why they are always trying to get a tan in the sun.

I think you mean an embryo if using invitro fertilization or doing surrogate mothers, as for all these as well as blood tranfusion,no,you don't don't change colors from these methods. your skin pigementation stays the same as for the baby's if using invitro fertilization the child carries the skin of both parents or either the mother or father dependant on the most dominant genes. the reason why some blacks have white babies with both parents being black is in the genes from your ancestors, through cross breeding. when the blacks were bought over as slaves their masters abused and had sex with the slave women. which was wrong.! but they did.

Blood carries genes, but not the kind of genes that you need to change the make up of your being. Human genetics in ingrained into every cell in your body - so if you get a blood transplant, the blood would become part of your system, not fundementally changing your disposition or skin colour.

Blood transplant will not change the colour of your skin. This sounds like a question Archie Bunker would ask from that old show "All in the Family."

Absolutely not, blood has nothing to do with the color of your skin, how dark or light your skin is depends on the pigment melanin, depending on how much melanin is in your skin depends on how light or dark your skin will be. When you type blood for a transfusion you do not have to specify weither or not you are black or white.
