Trying to Conceive - July 2006

I have been charting my fertility, taking into account my period (Jun11-15), basal body temperature (ovulation Jul3), cervical mucus and positioning (fertile Jun29-3), ovulation test results (positive Jun30-Jul2), and frequency of intercourse (almost everyday Jun16-Jul4). Today is Jul14, about 11 days past ovulation or day 34 of my cycle (my cycle is usually 30-33 days). I still don't have my period although I have symptoms such as moodiness and sore breasts, temperatures are still high above the coverline, cervical mucus and positioning are infertile, and intercourse is about every other day. I took two First Response pregnancy tests today, both with very dark pink control lines and very light pink test lines that are readable from any angle, distance, or lighting. I know the results are possibly positive, but how faint is too faint and are just considered evaporation lines? Should I wait to surprise my husband after I get positive results from a blood test at the doctor's office?

I try not to get disencouraged but me and my husband has been married for 3 years. and we just now in the last 1yr. have been trying to have a baby.

Me and my boyfriend have been trying to concieve our second child for 3 months now and my period was due yesterday....last night I had a very small amount of spotting which was very very light pink and today my period has stopped (with the exception of a very small amount of brownish discharge like what you get at the VERY END of your period)...anyway, my question is....is there still a chance I can be pregnant, I am going to take a test tomorrow morning, but I want to know how common it ACTUALLY is to have bleeding/periods if you are pregnant...??? Please Help!?

I have been using an ovulation test and had sex within 12 hours after an positive result. If pregnancy tests (sensitive ones) are supposely accurate after a week post ovulation, and Im not pregnant is there a problem or could i likely be still pregnant and tested too early?

I thought this might be better since it takes sperm a few hours to travel to the egg and then you will be lying down so they dont have to work against gravity.

hello! Ive got a question in the Womans Health section about my breasts. Im 28, never been pregnant, period due in next few days (the cycle is usually 28-35 days, got my coil out last July) have been trying for a baby, but we decided to stop because I was getting obsessed about not conceiving. And I was at the GP on Tuesday for blood tests as maybe have polycystic ovaries. Also waiting for an ultrasound scan for that.
Well today Ive been feeling really weepy and very nauseated. And for the first time in my life (I NEVER have sore boobs before a period) my breasts have been aching, feel heavy and hot - like on fire! Also my nipples are hypersensitive & VERY sore. In the shower the water felt like sandpaper. Theres no nipple discharge or any change in breast shape/size. Im just puzzled at the strange sensations! And its a bit annoying when I cant even touch my boobs! Even my top & bra hurts them.

our son, trevon donell moore, was born july 10,2006 at 3:45. he weighed 7.7 ounce and was 8 inches long. he was a fighter and fought for a long time to stay alive while in my uterus. this is our 3rd loss but our 1st loss as a fully progressed child. we have to get genetic testing done and my hubby says we should wait 1 year until we try again. i know that might be best but i really do want a child. how long should i wait ? am i being selfish by wanting a child sooner?

Something really weird happened to me 2 nights ago, my husband and i have been trying to conceive for 4 months now, this month being the 4th...i started my last period on the 25th June my cycle is 28days long i am regular which means i should be next starting my period around the 22nd July...on the 12th July i had sex with my husband and after i wiped myself i saw a bit of light pink blood so faint i just about noticed it this has never happened to me before....could this have been implantation bleeding as i ovulated on the 8th...i am 5 days past ovulation day when this happened...i have also been having mild cramps in my lower stomach for the past few days too....has this ever happened to anyone before?

Hi all,

Many thanks for responding to my questions earlier. Well here is my story. I was diagnosed with PCOS. Doc suggested clomid with metformin. Got my last period on 24th June, started clomid on 26th till the 30. I did the "DEED" on the following days:
1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 12th.

My boobs were hurting me yesterday and day before(its much less today).

So can anybody tell me if i am Preg, when did i ovulated.. what are my chances... i would keep adding on details to the questions if u have any queries..

P.S: I will be on metformin till the 27th of July.

i have had cramps like i am going to start my period but i am not going too... I am suppose to Ovulate on the 19th but i think i already ovulated but not for sure...how do i know if i have already Ovulated or not..I have been TTC it seems like forever....I have had surgery to put my tubes back together so me and hubby could have a child together.....i have been on Clomid had to go off it for 6 months now I am going back on it in August....I am just trying to get pregnant but it is taking so long and i am getting so darn frustrated about it......any advice please would help me out alot.....thanks bunches...:)
