Not unless you were already pregnant. It takes 7-10 days after sex for the egg to implant in the uterus, if you were even ovulating. For best results it is recommended to wait to see if you miss your period.

It will not show anything. Some tests on the market claim to give you results as soon as 5 days before your missed period but these tests are more expensive and if you read the fine print, the accuracy of the results decreases with each day you are away from your expected period. I believe a blood test can tell you a bit sooner but unfortunately nothing can tell you within days of unprotected sex. You can get an idea of your pregnancy risk by identifying when your fertile period is. If the unprotected sex occurred around 14 days (give or take) after your period, you are at higher risk for pregnancy if your cycle is regular. Hope you get the results your hoping for.
