Im a month pregnant and when I dont go I get bad cramps till I go

I know what u mean. When Im laying down and im to tired to get up and use the rest room I start to get cramps or something like them. But yeah it isnt good to hold ur urine at all! Pregnant or not. Your running out of space in ur tummy my sister told me. And think you're peeing for 2 now. Not just you. So when u gotta go, u gotta go. And u must!

It sounds like to me you could be making yourself get a bladder infection, and you don't want one of those. You know when you are pregnant you have to pee more frequently, never hold it. This could also hurt the baby, and yourself. You might need to drink cranberry juice to clean your bladder so you can catch your bladder infection from the beginning stage before it gets too bad. Try not to drink any liquids after 8 or 9 P.M., that might help with not having to go in the middle of the night. If you have to pee, use the bathroom, even if it is every 10 min. (STAY HEALTHY) Congratulations!!!

Do not hold it in!! The urinary tract and bladder are very subseptible to infection during pregnancy. Drink all the water you can stand and drink pure cranberry joice as well. Don't hold it! Just the nature of pregnancy.

You shouldn't hold in your urine whether you are pregnant or not. If you must pee, go pee. It's bad for you.

It didn't happen to me, however I never held any pee and you shouldn't either, holding your pee will cause you to get an infection, so if you have to go GO!

It is NEVER good to hold it in. You will learn the importance of bladder control after you have that baby. Believe me, after having my daughter, it is now hard for me to hold it very long at all.

its ur bladder, it can't take the pressure, don't ever hold pee especially when u are pregnant

Congragulations!!!! i guess u shouldn't hold ur urine coz it can harm ur childs health. be careful.
