i currently have medicaid because i was a foster child but am now in college my card continues till i graduate i know my card will cover my car but will it cover the babies once it is born?

I am 27 weeks along and this is my first. I thought that I would feel most comfortable giving birth for the first time in the hospital just to play it safe. I have a lot of anxiety about giving birth. ALOT. I went today for a prenatal massage and it was so calming and relaxing and it made me think that there are different options for birth that may be more calming.

Can you play relaxing music in the birhting rooms at the hospital? Are there ways of making the birthing process more relaxing in the hospital? I have already decided that I am going to get an epidural to help with the pain. My husband will be there. Hopefully my mother will be there too - we bought her plane ticket and as long as my son doesnt come more than two weeks early then she'll make it. I want to make it as calm and relaxing as possible to try to keep my anxiety level at a minimum.

Can you please share your experiences or suggestions? Thank you!

I have a friend who had a baby today and she had a girl. Yay! The only thing that is a little sad for me is that I'm having a baby in a couple of weeks and it's going to be a boy. I thought it would be really fun for us to have babies together so they could be friends. I realize boys and girls can be friends, but it's not the same thing. I feel more sad because I have many friends, coworkers and family members with kids but literally, they all have girls. I'm feeling a little down about having a second son this time around. How can I get more excited about having another boy? I know that what matters is a healthy baby, I know that many people can't even have babies, I know all those things. Nonetheless, I still feel bummed right now. Any nice thoughts for me?

ok i am 14 weeks pregnant. well almost 15 now. but before i found out i wieghed 170 at 5 foot 7. i was a little thick. not obese or anyting. i was happy with my weight. but now im almost 15 weeks pregnant and i weight 192 :[ i feel like a cow. and im not even half way through my pregnancy yet! i just feel like depressed, i've been trying not to let it get to me. but i dont know... my boyfriend doesnt think im fat at all. but now i think hes lying just to make me feel better. im not even showing yet. and I havent been eating junk food and crap. i've been eating healthy.

is it normal to eat everytime im hungry or are you supposed to ignor some? i havnt been bcuz when i dont eat i'll get so horribly sick and throw up yellow stomache acid.

how do i get out of the dumps? please no rude comments.

also i have heard of women loosing hair after child birth?! this scared me. did you loose hair? and if so how much? does this happen to everyone. or just some?

ok here's the thing.. i'm 17, started periods a year ago, they are irregular but sometimes not..i had PROTECTED sex 20th july using a condom, and my boyf pulled out before he ejaculated..my period after sex was a bit late of it was to be regular..but apparently that can happen after your first time, then i had another period aroun 4 weeks later..i havent had a period since then but i just think it's ireegular as i have no other pregnancy syptoms, i havent had sex since my first time that day in july and i had 2 periods after sex anyway, have no bump or anything..
hope fully they are just irregular? what's your view?

i am 17weeks pregnant,the first time ever my husband raised his hand on me yesterday,and in order to get away from him i was pulling my self away really hard and that caused lower abdominal pain all day long and body aches all night long,he made mean comments about my postpartum depression from my first kid and that hurt me the most.Since last night he been saying sorry and that he is very ashamed of his attitude,and he will give me all the hapiness i deserve in this world. He have given me everything a girl could wish for materialistically,but after what he did and said last night,those things doesnt mean anything to me. I just told him to stay away from me and i am with him just for our son and our unborn child so basically for my kids. Should i forgive him? or just keep my distance from him from now onwards?

I'm pregnant. I won't give you the details because, they're pretty pathetic. But the best way to get myself feeling better is having a song to relate to. I want a song about being pregnant and knowing that everything's going to be fine. I don't want to know about the abortions people have. I'm going to have this baby and I'm really excited, just pretty hormonal. So, if you could, please give me some good pregnancy songs and maybe a few nice tips?

like my doctor told me) and it's not working. Also, I have been having warm water in the morning, apples, high fiber foods, a lot of water and my prenatal vitamin has stool softner. Nothing is working, at all.
Does anybody know any other thing that could give me some quick relief? I'm just miserable the way I feel right now.

I'm 7 wks pregnant. This morning, after I showered, I had phlegm in my throat, I tried to hark out it and the first phlemg that came out was blood, every other phlegm that followed was clear (even the morning sickness vomit was clear). Then my nose started running at the same time, I blew it and that also had blood mixed in it. I moved on to brush my teeth, my gum bled a tiny bit. I do NOT have a cough, sore throat, chest pain, fever or any pain anywhere in my upper areas.

Has anyone else experienced this and is it going to become one of my pregnancy woes? Or is it something serious. Please help an ever so panicky first time mother 2 b.

Im 35 weeks pregnant and sometimes i swear i can hear this slight popping sound coming from my belly?
What could it be? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I just wanted to describe the sound for yal just so you know what im talking about...

It kind of sounds like when you crack a nuckle but not as loud... and its coming from my belly! Or somewhere close enough around there... and its not only when im moving.... i can just be lying there still and it still happens.

but they were both before i'm supposed to get my period. i still haven't missed it. but if you have a lotion like cm is that a pregnancy symptom? i know i had it when i was pregnant with my son but i can't remember if i've ever had it when i wasn't pregnant. so is CM with lotion like consistency a pregnancy symptom? i'm gonna test again in 2 days if i miss my period. thanks

ok i am 5 dpo. i'll apologise in advance for tmi. i tried to feel my cervix so i could tell if it was closed. when i removed my finger i noticed that it had really creamy cm all over it. i would describe it as almost looking like hand lotion. so i have 2 questions.
1) is the cm a sign of pregnancy?
2) what does cervix feel like when its open/closed?
i'm really not sure what im feeling for so please any advise will be greatfully recieved x x

My girlfirend wakes up every morning with abd stomache aches she says its a stinging pain right in the middle of her belly and this can go on for couple hours. Does this sound like a syptom a pregnat woman would have?
