There's a few things dietary based that you can do that will definitely resolve your problem here.
Firstly ensure you are properly hydrated and have at least 2 litres of water on a daily basis. Also try to avoid dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (you probably don't drink anyways) as they will only dehydrate you and exasperate your problem.
Secondly, vitamin C is a natural laxative so eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie: citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges, and potatoes, tomatoes, leafy and green vegies and red and green peppers.
Next, eat more foods rich in magnesium as this will also resolve any constipation issues. magnesium is needed in the body for healthy veins and arteries and for heart health. foods rich in magnesium are leafy and green vegies, cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting, nuts and seeds and wholegrain breads and cereals.
keep up the high fibre foods such as apples, wholegrains and cereals, carrots, celery as the bulk in your diet will aid in the elmination process.
First thing in the morning squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a mug of warm water and drink up before anything else ....... the citric acid in the lemons will go straight through your digestive tract, connect with your bowels and stimulate them to clean your system out. lemons are also a great liver detoxifier.
Constipation is also a symptom of vitamin B12 deficiency. other symptoms are fatigue and exhaustion, nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, excessive sweating, dizzy spells and loss of balance, insomnia, depression, irritability and moodiness, inability to think clearly, fainting, chest pains and heart palpitations and tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities..............
If you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian (as i am) then it is really important in aiding your body deal with all kinds of daily stresses for you to take a good quality multi B complex tablet on a daily basis. Get one that includes all the B's ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best as a group.
The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately appear to be ....... quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.
Also, take a good quality multi B complex supplement.
The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy digestive, neural and immune system functioning. This will also help you cope with the extra demands being pregnant places on your body.
when you take your daily supplement ensure that you take it with some type of calcium rich food ie: low fat cheese or milk or a calcium supplement as B12 needs calcium to be properly assimilated by the body.
When our bodies are placed under added stress ie: being pregnant !! sickness, new job, new home, school studies or just daily life really..... oh Christmas too will bring on the stress......... the B complex of vitamins are usually the first group to get used up and we therefore need to adjust our intake accordingly.
When you are getting any stress related symptoms or any of the above mentioned symptoms simply take another B tablet. As they are water soluble our bodies will simply excrete any excess in our urine.
Drinks loads of fresh filtered water too as the healthiest and happiest body will always be the most hydrated one.
Try to cut back on the things that will rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins too ie: caffeine, sodas and soft drinks, alcohol are all brilliant B complex thieves ......... things such as antiobiotics, antidepressants, laxatives, aspirin, diuretics will all also do a great job of robbing you of your B's.

There are a lot of good suggestions here already. It may help to increase the amount of fluids (water, juice) that you are drinking. I know - you are already peeing like crazy now.

Have you tried a warm bath? That always helped my daughter when she was little, I can't see why it wouldn't help an adult as well. When all else fails, hit up the shredded wheat!

You could try plum juice or Senokot, and be careful with what you eat avoid rice and fatty foods.
