You can really only tell when you are fertile by your cm. When it is more clear and stretchy, you are more fertile. At the end of your cycle it turns to the hand lotion looking stuff whether you are pregnant or not. Also, it's very hard to tell if you are pregnant based on your cervix unless you are charting it's position daily. At your fertile time, it will be soft, high open and wet (with the stretchy cm) and then it will become low, hard and tightly closed (it will feel like the tip of your nose at this time). If you are pregnant, it will then become high and soft, but remain closed. This usually doesn't happen until 12 dpo, though, and sometimes not until well after your period was expected.

its not a sign of pregnancy its just your natural stuff. What were you trying to feel your cervix for in the first place? It'll only open if you are ready to give birth, plus there's a bloody plug closing the cervix up if you are pregnant to protect the baby. Only an expert like a nurse/midwife can tell whether your cervix is open or closed. A nurse can check if you have a cervical smear and a midwife will check it during labour to check how dilated you are (how far open your cervix is). I wouldn't bother checking yourself, you're only guessing. I hope this helps.

I've never been pregnant so I don't know about the "hand lotion" that you feel, but I have heard of tender nipples as a sign of pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test...or just talk to a doctor about what's going on or what happens to your body. Or even a nurse! At least then you wouldn't have to make an appointment. hope that helps!

Your discharge sounds like normal discharge to me.
For women who track their cervical position in order to determine fertility, many wonder if there correlation between the position of the cervix and early pregnancy.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a simple answer for all women. The position of the cervix during pregnancy does change but not at the same time in all women.

The cream sounds like normal discharge to me. To my knowlegde you can not feel your cervix when it is open or closed because it is only the size of the end of a pen. Go see your doctor or if you can not afford it got to PlannedParenthood. Or just go buy a pregnacy test.

5dpo would be too soon to be getting pregnancy signs. your body does not start producing the pregnancy hormone until implantation, which doesn't happen for 7-14 days past conception. you should probably just wait it out til you are about due for your period to see if you are pregnant.

1) No
2) Doesn't really make any difference except during labor.
You need to take a pregnancy test, they are extremely accurate. Everything else is more likely a sign of PMS. No one here can advise you, you need a test to know.

if your not prego, you definately have a yeast infection.
if you are prego, then you definately have bacterial vaganosis. it kinda comes with the pregnancy thing and the nipples are a dead give away for pregnancy or your period will be coming on soon.
