Pregnancy - November 2007

ive had pain before but wn i move they tend to go but for the last hour and half im getting regular period cramps, but the timing is all off. sometimes there 10 mins other times 7 mins and even been as close as 4 mins then go back to 7 mins.
can the timing be irregular and still be in labour or is this just braxton hicks???

i really really don't want a c-section. was told yesterday that baby is breech, i know there is plenty of time for him to move yet. what are my chances of the baby turnig around and placenta moving upwards by the time i have my rescan at 34 weeks.?

My OB did a vaginal ultrasound and saw 2 amniotic sacs but only one baby. I'm due to go back in two weeks for another ultrasound, but I'm scared and confused. The baby looked fine in the ultrasound except the ultrasound measured me at 7 weeks and a few days instead of 8 weeks. Does anyone know what kind of complications my OB is thinking about? She didn't share her concerns with me and when she said that the baby might not make I just shut down. Please help.

I'm on my 4th pregnancy, but I dont remember with the other ones actually seeing my baby stretching herself out across my belly this soon, especially since most people are just now starting to feel their baby move. I can also feel body parts now. This started at least 2 weeks ago too. Im measuring right on target, but it's really weird to experience this so soon.
Anyone else seen this movement this early too??

I was thin when i conceived(120lbs) and now am up to 140 so I don't know if it's because I'm thinner with this pregnancy

Hi, I would appreciate any POSITVE imput. My husband and I are trying to concieve a second child. We had unprotected sex the twenty-fifth and twenty-seventh of October. My period before that was on the 16th of Oct. Due to conclicts in work schedules and family visiting we haven't had sex sense then. On the ninth of November I had an incredibly light flow from that friday (9th) until late Saturday night (10th). Of course I thought it could be implantation bleeding or something of the sort. So I waited to take a test. Due to my previous experience, I know that it takes me a bit longer to build up enough HCG to show up on a test and was planning on taking one soon. So today, Wednesday, November Twenty-Eighth, I went to the bathroom and wiped and saw a little pinkish-red blood. I was baffled. Two in one month?As they day went on the blood turned basicallyblack and notclotty,very runny (sorry TMI). I was wondering if any1 had this b4? plz dont say go to the doctor. I am going butwant ideas?

If I were to have another baby vaginally, would I tear or need another episiotomy? Does it make me more susceptible to having an episiotomy, tearing, etc.?

my children are nearly 3 (a boy) and 5 1/2 (a girl) and we don't know when to tell them and how to tell them I am pregnant.
I had a scan on monday which puts me at 7wks 4days today (or 8wks today by LMP) so when do you think is the right time and how would you do it???

BTW, both our families don't know yet either, only mine and my husband's best friends know so far.

This is hypothetical and I do not want to have an abortion debate. Because it probably makes a difference, let's say it's 10 to 12 weeks along. I saw a movie where the girl who had an abortion asked whether the fetus was a boy or a girl and she was told. I was wondering if this actually could happen.

and i think i ovulated on november 21st
but fertility friend said i ovulate on november 22nd
but do yu think i have a good possiblity of being pergnant ?

I've seen on here that people use breast feeding as a way of birth control - I am not currently pregnant or breast feeding, I was just curious how this worked.
Does it count as breast feeding if you use a pump? Or only if you breast feed without pumps and bottles?

Ok this may seem a little confusing to some but around 2.5 months ago I was feeling a little under the weather so I took a HPT. I got a faint positive line, then followed by negatives. I went to my gp and showed him a test his responce was that it was a positive line bu more then likely I had experienced an early mischarrage. I had a bllod test done and it was also negative. I have not bleed at all and my mentural cycle is still absent, I do suffer from PCOS so missing a period isn't rare but not for this long. I am suffering form weight gain, larger boobs really bad heartburn. I don't know what to expect and I would really love to hear from anybody whom has experienced this themselves or know of anyone who may have experienced it, any piece of information would be fantastic.

My mom's dachsund jumped on my belly. I am 24 weeks pregnant and was wondering if I should be worried. I was just in the hospital over the weekend because I was in a car accident and my uterus was bleeding slightly (5 ccs). The next day it was down to 3 ccs so they sent me home. I was having contractions when I was in the hospital and I am not now. I have felt the baby move since the dog jumped on my stomach and I called my doctor's after hours service and the doctor I talked to said that she wasn't worried unless I start having contractions. Maybe I just worry too much, but I just wanted some other opinions. Do you think that I should be worried? I would say that the dog weighs about 10 pounds maybe. It hurt when she jumped on me and for like 5 minutes after, but I feel ok now. Should I be worried? Has anyone else had this happen to them and everything was ok?

It's surprising I'm asking this question for I just gave birth. Anyways, I read that breastfeeding is a source of natural birth control if practice correctly. Anyways, I don't really know if I ovulated or not, but on the day we had sex....... I had clear stretchy cervical mucous.... Could that be the sign of ovualtion? We had sex on November 22nd and I took a pregnancy test on the 27... it was NEgative... Could that be too early? It's hard for me to wait since I haven't got my period since I gave birth in July.

This past few days, I have felt lots of cramps. Could that be a sign of implantation happenning? Today, I kind of felt nausious but I think it's because I'm lack of sleep. My last pregnancy was planned...

Sorry for the "TMI"...

I am currently 19 wks pregnant and our little one was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition. My doctor keeps telling me that I need to get a flu shot to protect the baby, but I'm a little skeptical. I have never had a flu shot before and I'm worried that it will make me more sick than anything.

I am almost a week late for my period and today I thought i had my period during class today so I checked and it was the size of my panty liner and its brownish red. I wiped to see if it was discharge or if its really blood and the tissue had red and brown in it. I put on another panty liner and checked it 20 minutes later to see that it was almost filled up and it was. I put on a third one and there's barely anything on it anymore. I wiped to see if there was still some left and there was brown and pink on the tissue. I think it stopped but I've been having cramps all day. I dont even feel like im bloated either... Could this be implantation bleeding?

I'm not sure if im pregnant or not, and i dont want to be since i'm only 16.

I am only 20 weeks pregnant and while I couldn't be happier about having a baby I am really struggling with all the weight gain. Before pregnancy I was 115 and 5'3 now I just feel so heavy and my face is so fat looking. Anyone else ever feel this way so early? How will I make it another 4.5 months?

im in need of tryn to dialate im 36 1/2 weeks pregnant and i cant seem to keep any food down throught out my whole pregnancy,so i fill that if i hurry up and have the baby she will be much heathlyer out here..but my doctor dosent think so..but she said if i was to dialate to at least 1cm then i can deliver the baby..so any suggestions ppl..

Ok, I had sex the night of April 7 (morning of the 8th)

Felt like my period was coming like usuall (cramping, etc)

On the 15th had light bleeding or spotting and was gone by the next day. Then maybe somemore spotting the day after.

The doc is counting April 15th as my last period. But my periods are usually REALLY bad and 5 days. Could this be my body noticed I got pregnant as I was about to start my period? Or even implantation bleeding from the 7th?

For my ultrasound she said April 11th and said I was 12wk/6days, when I seen the doc again he said we are 4 days off and kept my due date of Jan 20. How could she have given me a date of April 11th of the size of the baby if my period was April 15th? This is what im not understanding. I explained to the doc about the "weird period" and thats when I think I got pregnant. but he says we are right on time w/the dates.

Could he be wrong and not understanding me?

Ok, so is it obvious that I just found out I was prego! I'm freaking out cause I haven't a clue what to do. I know I need to get to the doctors ASAP, which should be in a week or so, once my insurance goes threw. But what in the meantime? I've started taking a prenatal vitamin. But I feel horrible! I am sleeping non-stop. I'm very tired & have an increase lack of energy. I don't feel like eating, or cleaning, or even waking up for work. I just have a very carefree... careless attitude. I'm sure this is all very normal. But I didn't know if there was maybe something I should do or something I could take to boost my mood? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

my first pregnancy with my daughter ( now shes 11 month old) i had really bad morning sickness, sleep all day, moody swing, didnt eat that much hate veggie food. i got morning sickness when i was 4 week to 16 week.. () poor me) !!!

my 2nd pregnancy im 6 week due on july 23 2008 , eat allot, eat more healthy food , love veggie food. less tired , clean the house, NO morning sickness,

I am 36 weeks pregnant and today at the doctor, he said that the baby's head dropped lower and that I am dilated to 1! I think he is going to admit me to the hospital in the morning....are there any ways for me to speed up the labor process? I am starting to have contractions..should I call my doctor? and I find it strange that my doctor didn't admit me to the hospital earlier today?!
