Ok this may seem a little confusing to some but around 2.5 months ago I was feeling a little under the weather so I took a HPT. I got a faint positive line, then followed by negatives. I went to my gp and showed him a test his responce was that it was a positive line bu more then likely I had experienced an early mischarrage. I had a bllod test done and it was also negative. I have not bleed at all and my mentural cycle is still absent, I do suffer from PCOS so missing a period isn't rare but not for this long. I am suffering form weight gain, larger boobs really bad heartburn. I don't know what to expect and I would really love to hear from anybody whom has experienced this themselves or know of anyone who may have experienced it, any piece of information would be fantastic.

I had a very similar experience when I was pregnant with my son. It may have been too soon, or you may have miscarried and re-conceived back-to-back. I would DEFINITELY take another test....and as a rule...ANY line at all is a positive result. Good luck! :)

If it was a really early miscarriage, then you might not bleed much. I'd got to an OBGYN and make sure you don't need a D & C (where they remove tissue that didn't pass during a miscarriage). They might give you an ultrasound.

I think you might still be able to take another EPT if that will put your mind at ease.

The miscarriage has probably done some weird things to your timing.

Good info on EPTs and timing here :

I would go and get another blood test or even request an ultrasound if it was 2.5months ago you should be able to see something in an ultrasound
