im confused i took another test and it was negative i have the simptoms tender breasts,nausa, wierd feeling in my lower belly lots of moviing going on and i know a baby dosnt start to move alot in the first couple of weeks but like if i had gas and i know when i have gas but this is not thats.And my periods are usually three to four days i never had a one more like a couple of hours period well if any one can give me advise thank you so much..

Can you Basal Body Temperature be low even if you are pregnant?
Hi...I've heard that it's possible (but not probable) to get your period while you are in your first trimester. If that is the case, while you are pregnant, can your BBT (basal body temperature) be low while on (and after) your period, while pregnant?

I had my breasts reduced 5 years ago.
One of my milk ducts was cut due to an inverted nipple and the other was fine.
I am nearly 6 months pregnant and I'm wondering if anyone else breastfed after reduction surgury.
I also am panicking because I will only be able (if at all) go from one side.
I feel it will be better to bottlefeed.
Plus I am having a C-sec which makes everything harder!!
Has anyone else managed to breastfeed sucessfully after surgury????

My doctor said to just cut down gradually over time and not to quit cold turkey. She said it will put the baby's heart in distress if i quit all at once b/c the baby, too, is addicted. When my sister in law was preg. with her 1st child she quit and the baby's heart beat went way up. So my question is this...is this something i should quit all together, or gradually? i am kind of torn between the two!! This is my first child and my husband and I want to have a safe and healthy delivery and baby. I know i should listen to what my dr. says but somehow this just makes me feel guilty to keep smoking....any suggestions or experience with this you can share are appreciated!! thanks!!

I am about 8 weeks and 5 days along. I went to the doctors on july 23 due to spotting and a little pain. I was 7 weeks along at that time. When I went they said that I was fine and the baby was healthy. I started to bleed a little more yesterday ( August 6 ), So I went back to the E.R. This time when I was seen they said that there was no heart beat. All they gave me was some pain pills. So I called my doctor and he wants to do his own ultrasound on August 7. I dont want to get my hopes up but what are the chances for them missing the heart beat the first time? And how do you go from a healthy fetus one week to it not having a heart beat? Also if it wasnt healty and its dead then why is it the size it needs to be?

1.) i get menstrual like cramping when i sit in the same position too long, for example- long car rides. what is this?

2.) ive been having frequent braxton hicks, some that lasted for 2 hours, and i was sure it was labor, but then it went away, is labor far?

3.) when i stand up, i feel tremendous pressure, as well as when i squat, what is this is it normal?

With the same pregnancy questions??? the one's where they say, i had unprotected sex, could i be pregnant? Or, he pulled out, could i be pregnant?? It's common sense, yet they are still posted daily!! Is it just me that is over it?

It seems rather pricey to hire a doula during labor- it seems that mid-wives sometimes are covered by medical insurance. But I'm wondering if anyone has experienced either type of support and if they feel that it was worth the time and money as opposed to just relying on a medical staff at a hospital.

All the Enfamil people -- not exactly my favourite company -- will say is that it's a "non-fish source."

Okay. I took some on an empty stomach, belched, and -- well, it's quite the fishy taste. This life-long vegetarian is now thoroughly nauseated...

I cut open a pill: it reeks of, yes, fish.

Has anybody heard anything vis-a-vis what the source is, maybe had any interesting comments on Expecta from their doctor?

(Don't tell me to ask my own; I'm in Canada, they don't sell it here, I picked it up on vacation.)

so ive heard many things that help.. here are a few..

- taking robitson or something to make ur cm more thinner.. so the sperm can swim easily..

- if the woman orgasms right after the man.. the cervix opens n drops.. n the muscles contract.. so its easier for the sperm to get through now..

- the man should drink a cup of coffee before sex.. that gest the sperm going faster..

- man on top.. and woman puts her legs in the air after.. with a pillow under her butt..

soo which one of these are true.. did you use any methods.. that actually worked?

add any methods if you would like.. im just doing my own little research on this... =) and im TTC

Help, it seems like whatever I eat, I get gas and bloating. I even try Beano and also Gas-X. Any advice - I am so tired of having this gross feeling all the time, it makes me not want to eat.

Ok. Like I know obviously your skin streches as the baby grows. But if your kinda tiny and your pregnant like your stomache wont like rip will it? I dont know. It's a stupid little fear of mine. Like I think I am pregnant. I havent found out yet. But, I guess I'm just stupid thinking that.
And is it true that when your going to have a baby. They actually cut your vagina to make it wider?? wouldnt that hurt??!?

I am 40 weeks pregnant, and think my water may be leaking. I have a docs appointment tomorrow, should I just wait until then or should I call them today? Also, with water leaking do you have any like discharge or anything with it?

I had a c-section with my previous pregnancy (17 months ago, by the time of this birth it will be 21 months) because my labor was induced for 24hrs and he did not drop and my cervix would not soften or open at all. My doctor just gave me the option today of a vbac (vaginal birth after cesarian) for this birth. She told me to get as much information and opinions as I could, so I was wondering if anybody had any good web sites with info and if anybody has had one before? Please, if possible, I would like to hear pros AND cons of vbac. I know there are serious risks, but I really did want to have my first child naturally, and this will be my *last* chance to do so. You cannot have one after 2 c-sections. Thanks in advance for all of your help :)

Hi I am 9 days late for my period which I am usually like clockwork on the 30th of every month....anyways that last day I had sex was the 28th and now I havent had my period but I had sex everyday before that in between the 12th of july and the 28th of july....husband is in the army and was on leave we had alot to make up haha anyways so yeah now I am 9 days late and I took 3 test so far and all have faint positive lines but I took them all out of the cases and held them under the light to see the little barely there line which only appeared on all 3 test after like an hr or so...I know it says not to look after 10 mins but im reading all types of stories of women who got positive readings that were accurate after an hr or so too...I dont know what to think I am never late...but has anyone else got an accurate positive on 3 different test brands after an hr or so when taking it out of the case and looking at just the strips? Thanks so much for your help ?
